Recently, two major exhibitions were held in China's automotive semiconductor sector—the 12th Automotive Electronics Innovation Conference & Automotive Chip Industry Ecosystem Development Forum (AEIF 2025) and the 2025 Global Automotive-Grade Power Semiconductor Summit & Outstanding Supplier Innovation Exhibition. As a leading integrated circuit supplier, Shanghai Belling Co., Ltd. showcased multiple innovative automotive electronics products and solutions. At the exhibitions, Belling's technical experts engaged in in-depth discussions with industry clients and partners, attracting significant attention at their booth. During the events, Shanghai Belling received the "Outstanding Product Award" at AEIF 2025, jointly presented by the China IC Design Innovation Alliance, China Automotive Chip Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance, and Shanghai Society of Automotive Engineers, for the outstanding performance of its BLQN3N100/3N120 products. As shown below, Shanghai Belling's automotive-grade ultra-high-voltage MOSFETs BLQN3N100/3N120 can be applied to three major BMS detection functions: total voltage detection, insulation detection, and adhesion detection. They replace opto-MOS solutions in traditional designs to achieve cost reduction and create value for customers.

As shown in the figure, Shanghai Belling's automotive-grade ultra-high-voltage MOSFETs BLQN3N100/3N120 can also be applied in new energy vehicle main drive auxiliary power, air conditioning auxiliary power and other circuits, serving as electronic switches in flyback switching circuits. With a withstand voltage of up to 1000V or 1200V, it eliminates the need for connecting two MOSFETs in series or selecting SiC MOSFETs, thereby achieving cost reduction.
