The BLR3XX series is the third-generation high-precision voltage reference launched by Shanghai Belling. It features high output accuracy, low power consumption, low noise, and low temperature coefficient.

This series adopts Shanghai Belling's patented core architecture to achieve high precision, while improved thermal management enhances system accuracy.

With a maximum operating current of 110μA and a low dropout voltage of 100mV, the BLR3XX voltage reference is well-suited for industrial control equipment.

Compatible with three package types—SOT-23-3, SOT23-6, and MSOP8—each offers multiple output voltage versions. All devices support an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across a wide input voltage range.

Low Temperature Drift

The BLR3XX series features low temperature drift characteristics. As shown in the BLR325C model data below, it maintains a drift of 5ppm/°C across the full temperature range, meeting external reference requirements for various applications including ADC/DAC.

High Load Capability

The BLR3XX series voltage reference features high load capability, supporting up to 25mA load current with a maximum load regulation of 80ppm across the full temperature range. This ensures stable performance in high-load applications requiring precise external voltage references.

Low Noise

In high-precision applications, noise is a critical parameter affecting system performance. As shown in the figure below, the BLR325C delivers noise performance of 15μVp-p, meeting external reference requirements for precision test systems.

Low Power Consumption

The BLR3XX series consumes 10uA in shutdown mode, with a typical operating current of 80uA and maximum current below 110uA for the entire series. Within the rated input voltage range at room temperature, it can provide up to 25mA source current and 10mA sink current to the load.
