Power Line Communication Modem Chip
It has the characteristics of multi frequency and multi rate, supports adaptive reception of signals, embedded 51MCU core, supports network protocols, and is compatible with EIA709.2 and DL/T-645. It can be applied to low voltage power line carrier remote automatic meter reading (AMR), smart home control, remote street lamp monitoring, industrial control and other applications.
The bidirectional relay driven integrated circuit, which is used to control the work of magnetic maintenance relay, has the characteristics of large output current and small static power consumption. It can be widely used in smart meter and other industries using this type of relay.
The RS-485 transceiver is divided into two series with polarity 485 and non polarity 485. The non polarity 485 product receiver can automatically detect and match the polarity of the driver. The circuit contains a failure protection circuit to ensure that the receiver's output terminal is at a logic high level when the input terminal is open or short circuited. The circuit has higher input impedance, which enables up to 256 transceivers on the bus. The MBUS interface circuit meets the international M-BUS standard (EN1434-3). The internal interface circuit can be adapted to the different levels between the master and slave machine in the instrument bus structure, and the connection with the bus is non polar. The chip can be powered by the bus and the receiver has a dynamic level recognition function. The chip is integrated with 3.3V voltage regulator.
